Episode Overview

A sinister ice cream vendor concocts a unique ice cream infused with nitrogen, capable of freezing anyone it comes into contact with. The spies spring into action to thwart his plans. Meanwhile, in a subplot, Alex finds himself struggling with a string of unfortunate dates. The main antagonist is the Ice Cream Man.
