As the SS Tipton arrives in Paris, Cody and Bailey are excited to celebrate their one-year anniversary. To ensure the evening goes flawlessly, Cody enlists London’s help for the perfect date preparation. However, chaos ensues when Bailey spots Cody with London, misinterpreting the situation and believing she's the "hideous French girl." On the anniversary day, Cody encounters Bailey with a charming guy named Jean Luc, who is merely trying to lift her spirits. This leads to a heated argument between the couple, culminating in their decision to part ways. Meanwhile, Zack and Woody find themselves in trouble with art thieves.
