Episode Overview

Al Roker suddenly materializes and leaps out of the TV to fulfill Penny's desire for a world free of adults after she gets in trouble for lying. With no adults around, Penny excitedly tells her friends they're in "a world of the children, by the children, and for the children.... We can do whatever we like." However, this newfound freedom doesn’t bring much joy to babies BeBe and CeCe, who long for their parents.
