Episode Overview

Max tracks a Kaos operative who is illegally transporting a parrot. After the parrot is liberated by its attorney, Max and Agent 99 pursue him to a pet store. There, Max discovers that the shop serves as a front for Melnick, known as the Smiling Killer. They uncover a plot where the parrots are trained to memorize classified information before being sent out of the country.
