Episode Overview
While the Chief recuperates in the hospital, KAOS makes an attempt on his life, but the astute 99 intervenes just in time. Following a lead at Three Brothers Omniwash, Max and 99 uncover that TBO stands for T.B. Orlando, a Hollywood mogul. However, things take a turn when they find Orlando has been murdered. Racing against the clock, Max and 99 must unravel the mystery before KAOS executes their plan to drain the Mississippi River.
