Episode Overview

The brilliant but wheelchair-bound villain, Leadside, finds himself in a tight spot during a heist orchestrated by Max. He reveals his sinister three-step scheme: first, to elude Max; second, to take down CONTROL; and finally, to eliminate Maxwell Smart. After successfully executing the first two phases, Max retreats to his apartment, determined to ensure that Leadside's final act will only happen over his lifeless body. This episode showcases Ronald Long's outstanding performance as Leadside, and the scene with the wheelchair in the truck remains hysterically funny.
