Max, working as a courier on an aircraft, finds himself in a predicament when he must drop his package mid-flight, landing it on the roof of Hester Van Hooten's extravagant mansion. Unfortunately, Hester has kept her doors shut to guests for two decades, and she and her brother have no intention of changing that policy anytime soon.
