Episode Overview
Following Dr. Harper's death, his unique rocket fuel sample is seized by KAOS. To retrieve it, Max and 99 must disguise themselves as a valet and a maid at the Bulmanian Embassy. With 99's mother unavailable to babysit, the Chief and Larabee are left to look after the twins, allowing the Smarts to head to the embassy. Meanwhile, Max's mission involves accessing the wine cellar where the fuel is hidden, but the sole key is worn by the ambassador himself.
