CONTROL faces off against Simon the Likable as 99 prepares to give birth to twins. Max and 99 successfully evade capture and reach the hospital just in time for the arrival of their son and daughter. As friends and family celebrate Max's new role as a father, Simon attempts to make his getaway. However, his plans are thwarted when he unexpectedly encounters 99's mother, who has never been fond of him.
