In January 1974, a family of four is horrifically tortured and killed in Wichita, Kansas, sending shockwaves through the seemingly safe Midwestern town. Unbeknownst to its residents, this is just the start of a reign of terror. The killer, who adopts the moniker “B.T.K.”—an acronym for Bind, Torture, Kill—proceeds to strike repeatedly, instilling fear throughout the community. With each murder, the anxiety grows as locals worry they could be next. Who is the elusive B.T.K., and will law enforcement be able to apprehend this deranged murderer before he claims more victims?
