Episode Overview

Former ruler Ali Khali, sibling to the notorious El Hudat currently incarcerated in Marineville, arrives in the city. Simultaneously, Surface Agent X20 orchestrates a daring plan for El Hudat's escape by substituting him with the lookalike Ali Khali. Commander Shore quickly realizes the deception, prompting him and the Stingray crew to pursue the real Ali Khali, now on the run. Tensions rise as they race against time to thwart El Hudat's escape and restore order.
