Episode Overview
While in Sardinia, Rick observed local fishermen employing age-old techniques from Roman times to catch mullet. He then hopped on a ferry to Sicily, where he discovered one of the most delicious pasta dishes he had ever tried in Palermo. Rick treated everyone to a delightful vegetarian pasta featuring tomatoes, capers, and mint made with capers sourced from Pantelleria, along with Pasta alla norma, which included aubergines, tomatoes, chili, and ricotta salata cheese from Catania on Sicily's eastern coast.
