Marcus sets out to enlarge the herb garden on his smallholding. A visit to Gloucestershire, home to the UK’s largest herb collection, proves that even an expert like Marcus has much to learn about various ingredients. Upon returning, gardener Anatoli teaches him the art of beekeeping and honey harvesting. Eager to share his newfound inspiration, Marcus invites some junior chefs to explore the kitchen garden with him. Once the new herbs are established, Marcus prepares a delicious herb-infused meal to thank everyone who supported him throughout the journey.
