Episode Overview

Following their intense battle with the formidable witch Dahlia, Klaus and Elijah remain estranged, while Freya seeks to mend their fractured relationship and restore their family's former unity. Klaus grows increasingly wary when he discovers that an old vampire acquaintance, Lucien, has come to New Orleans with a secretive plan regarding the Mikaelson family's sire lines. Meanwhile, Elijah grapples with the possibility of forgiving Klaus for his past wrongs, as Hayley faces the challenge of being trapped in her wolf form in the bayou. In the French Quarter, Vincent and Cami join forces with Detective Kinney to investigate a series of horrific incidents, suspecting a serial killer is at work. Lastly, Marcel, having regained control of the French Quarter, devises a new approach to recruit vampires, while Davina, now the Regent of New Orleans witches, makes a choice that places her at odds with Marcel amidst rising tensions.
