Winter is a crucial season for the Pelletiers. The teams are working tirelessly, but three drivers end up in accidents, and a broken pipe creates a terrible smell at the Telos camp. Meanwhile, business at the trailer shop is booming, leading Allen to believe he deserves a pay increase, though Jeff disagrees with him.
