The Adventures of Blinky Bill (1993)

Episode Overview

In Greenpatch, Blinky's birthday celebration takes a turn for the worse. Meanwhile in Africa, Blinky is frustrated that no one seems to remember his special day as everyone focuses on getting ready to leave. Tico gifts him a stolen tracking device as a "birthday present," which the Circus Bros. use to track him down. While riding a giraffe named Twigger, Blinky manages to shake off the Circus Bros. and eventually reunites with Twigger's herd. When he returns to the balloon, he's met with a delightful birthday surprise.
