Episode Overview

The crew of the Enterprise receives orders from Starfleet Command to aid the human cargo ship Fortunate, which has fallen victim to an assault by Nausicaan pirates. Upon their arrival, they are taken aback to discover that Fortunate's crew is unwilling to accept Archer's assistance and is instead focused on exacting revenge on their assailants, regardless of the potential consequences.
