Episode Overview

A Puerto Rican immigrant discovers that life in New York City is far from the improvement he had hoped for. His limited English skills result in constant misunderstandings, making it difficult to secure employment. He faces disdain for being an outsider and encounters negative interactions with law enforcement. To make matters worse, he experiences betrayal from someone within his own community, deepening his struggles and sense of isolation.
