Episode Overview

Strange occurrences unfold in the Governor's mansion, causing Kraus to freak out and declare it haunted. They decide to hold a séance and uncover the spirit of a governor who was killed many years ago. The ghost lingers in the mansion because the man responsible for his murder is set to receive a tribute from Gov. Gatling in the form of a street named in his honor.
