Knockout Week rolls on, as the next batch of amateur cooks experiences the demands of professional cuisine for the first time. They arrive at a celebrated modern Italian restaurant helmed by chef Antonio Favuzzi. The contestants must prepare every item on the menu during a bustling lunch service. Once they’ve completed the challenge, they return to the MasterChef kitchen for an Invention Test, where they will demonstrate to John and Gregg the skills they’ve acquired.
