Episode Overview

Eric and Lindsey Bennett decide to tackle a rundown property that the seller has labeled a tear-down. Believing they can breathe new life into the home, the couple dives in, only to face a series of unexpected challenges. As they dig deeper, they discover a decaying carport, a compromised roof, and extensive mold issues that drive renovation expenses through the roof. With costs mounting, Eric and Lindsey begin to second-guess their decision, pondering whether they should have heeded the seller's advice to simply demolish the place.
