Upon returning from their road trip, Caroline is pleasantly surprised to find that she enjoys the changes made to the dessert bar almost as much as she likes Bobby, the contractor overseeing the renovations. Meanwhile, Max hurries to be with Randy after learning he’s been hospitalized in New York City. Additionally, Sophie signs up for a mommy group, only to discover that the members are more interested in socializing than discussing parenting topics.
