Nora's world is turned upside down when her parents make an unannounced visit, disrupting both her romantic and work life. They barge in during a steamy moment with her new boyfriend, even suggesting he take matters into his own hands later. In the midst of this chaos, her parents surprise her by buying a new couch, helping her find a townhouse, and setting her up with a teaching job at UCLA. Meanwhile, Nora investigates an anthropologist's unusual marriage to an ape and aids her friends in capturing photos of a furious Bob Saget outside a porn theater.
