Episode Overview
Office tensions reach a breaking point, prompting Nora to propose hiring a group therapist. However, her colleagues react with frustration at the thought of sacrificing their Saturday for the session, which quickly devolves into a chaotic atmosphere filled with insults and blame. Disheartened, Nora storms out. When she returns on Monday, she’s surprised to find the office transformed, with everyone being unusually friendly and supportive. Jake reveals that the group felt guilty after her departure and tried to create a nicer environment. Unfortunately, their newfound kindness results in a lackluster edition of the paper. Camilla is furious with Nora for disrupting their previous dynamic and encourages everyone to embrace their true, harsh selves. Nora reluctantly realizes that Camilla has a valid point.
