Episode Overview

A couple from North Carolina embarks on a quest to find their ideal seaside retreat on Oak Island. He dreams of a space to pursue his woodworking hobbies, while she envisions a charming escape where they can collect seashells and host friends. Locating the ideal property that meets both their needs proves challenging, but their real estate agent believes he can uncover the ideal quaint beachfront cottage for them.
