The Incredible Dr. Pol (2011)

Episode Overview

Just a week before Christmas, Dr. Pol is hard at work in the red barns of Michigan. His first stop is at John Jourdain's farm, where he's faced with a tricky castration setup due to the lack of a head chute. The calves aren’t exactly cooperating, but Dr. Pol is ready for the challenge. Meanwhile, Dr. Brenda rushes to Rooftop Landing to help a reindeer named Ole, who desperately wants to pull Santa's sleigh. As it's breeding season, Ole is on his feet all day, but a painful hoof abscess complicates matters. Will Dr. Brenda manage to treat Ole in time? As the week wraps up, the Pol family embraces the holiday spirit, with Dr. Pol and Diane serving as Grand Marshalls for the Farwell Lights Parade, while Charles dons a Santa's helper costume, allowing them to celebrate Christmas together.
