Beaver is eager to join a record club and approaches Ward for the funds to sign up. Tired of Beaver's persistent money requests, Ward opts to give him a weekly allowance instead. Excited by his new records, Beaver neglects to keep track of the accumulating bills, and soon he’s overwhelmed with a growing stack of records and bills, realizing that his allowance isn’t enough to cover it all.
