Episode Overview

Maya's decision to take a photography class creates tension with Elliott. He quickly develops a strong dislike for her instructor, Martin Spancer, after Spancer criticizes his work as overly commercial. When Spancer assigns Maya a nude self-portrait, Elliott accuses the teacher of having ulterior motives, believing he just wants to see Maya naked. Dismissing his concerns as rooted in jealousy, Maya continues with the assignment. However, when Spancer praises her work and suggests a weekend getaway for a special session, Elliott's fears intensify. Meanwhile, Finch struggles with jealousy as Nina's new assistant, Brad, captures Jack's attention with magic tricks.
