Episode Overview

Prompted by Vicki, Jack invites the Blush staff regulars to provide anonymous feedback on his performance. Finch, Nina, Maya, and Elliott all submit glowing reviews, but Vicki chooses to give Jack an honest critique. Realizing her identity through elimination, Jack feels hurt and betrayed. Vicki comforts him, persuading him that facing the truth is beneficial. Encouraged, Jack demands everyone share their genuine thoughts, which sends Finch into a frenzy of harsh feedback. In another storyline, Nina twists her ankle after following Maya's suggestion to walk, leading Maya to take her spot at a fashion event. As Maya enjoys herself, Nina grapples with jealousy.
