Episode Overview

Buffy is eager to be part of a group, but she’s turned away because she’s a year younger. In an effort to help her, Bill strikes a bargain with Shirley, the club president: he’ll construct a clubhouse if Buffy gets to join. Once the clubhouse is complete, Buffy is officially in, but Cissy pushes her to run for the secretary position. When Carol, the existing secretary, questions Buffy’s membership, Shirley reveals the circumstances, resulting in Buffy being ousted from the club.
