Episode Overview

Tarek and Christina come across an online listing for a house going up for auction later that day. Considering the neighborhood's comparable properties, they believe this run-down, outdated home is a steal. At first glance, it seems to require only a simple cosmetic upgrade. However, after an unexpected auction and a series of unforeseen problems arise, Tarek and Christina realize that this neglected property is turning out to be far more challenging than they ever anticipated.
