Tarek's buddy, Robert, is eager to dive into house flipping, so they purchase a property in Lakewood, CA, without ever seeing it first. Upon arrival, they find it’s a severe hoarder house, packed to the rafters with clutter. Robert starts to panic, questioning whether they’ve made a huge error in judgment.
