Heath's first love, Libby, unexpectedly comes back into his life, and her return spells disaster. Before long, he finds himself behind bars, charged with the murder of Libby's intoxicated husband. The new district attorney is determined to show that the Barkleys' wealth and influence can't shield them from justice.
