Episode Overview

During a part-time job interview, Naoto encounters Umezawa Makina, a former middle school classmate and star of the track and field team. When Makina discovers that Naoto doesn’t own a smartphone, she insists on taking him to purchase one. After acquiring the phone, Naoto quickly calls Murasaki first. Meanwhile, Makina, who is now at a prestigious all-girls high school in Tokyo, is struggling with her performance and has been avoiding club practice. Jealous of Naoto’s happiness, she devises a plan to break him and Murasaki up, intending to make him her plaything to pass the time.
