Episode Overview

Ted's father embarks on a tragic shooting rampage, taking his own life and the lives of several coworkers, prompting Nick and Suzanne to break the devastating news to Ted. They decide to take him to see his father one last time. Meanwhile, Burton is pushing for Nick to step up as managing partner of the firm, but Nick feels unprepared for the role. Additionally, Burton is concerned about Eric Kane, who appears eager to return to work too soon, avoiding the emotional fallout from the incident.
