Episode Overview

Nick's position at the firm is uncertain due to a lawyer whom Burton admires, yet he believes she isn't prepared for partnership. Meanwhile, Sandra holds Nick responsible for her not being promoted. In retaliation, she initiates a sexual discrimination lawsuit against him and the firm, prompting Jake to convene an executive meeting to determine the next steps regarding Nick.
