When the driver suddenly speeds off, Martinez pursues them, witnessing the men abandon the woman on a perilous stretch of the interstate. Meanwhile, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Officer Pendygraft conducts a traffic stop, questioning a suspect who claims he’s headed to a friend's house.
