Episode Overview

In the early hours in Atlanta, Officer Greg Dabny notices a vehicle lacking a tail light and attempts to pull it over, but the driver, a pants-less black male, flees. This man had previously abducted a young black woman in a silver dress at gunpoint, forcing her into his car for sexual acts. During the ensuing chase, he crashes the vehicle, causing her to tumble out with injuries. The episode also features various incidents involving a half-naked driver breaking into a school, nudity in residential areas, and officers intervening with nude sunbathers, alongside festivities at Mardi Gras. Locations include Cleveland, Las Vegas, and Kansas City.
