Sgt. R. Ragili from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office in Florida orchestrates a reverse-prostitution operation aimed at apprehending suspected "johns." Deputy Lisa Whiddon goes undercover as a prostitute to lure potential clients. The operation quickly takes a turn when the first suspect is arrested after he offers Deputy Whiddon $10 in exchange for oral sex.
