In Jacksonville, FL, Officer Frank Canaday spots a vehicle on the freeway that had previously evaded police in a different jurisdiction. Meanwhile, in Whittier, CA, Officer David Elizarraras is on the hunt for a driver who fled on foot after a traffic stop. Over in Maui, HI, Officer Cliffor Pacheco initiates a traffic stop on a van but decides to release the driver when he receives a report of an assault involving a pipe occurring nearby.
