Episode Overview
(Fort Worth, TX - 4:10 PM Flagged Down) East Division - Officer Jeff Garwacki enjoys the moments when he has a ride-along and the passenger shares only positive thoughts. Set in a typical cowboy town filled with cowboy hats, the scene unfolds when a local reports a theft of beer from a 7-11. The officers soon spot a black man fleeing from an elderly white man, both sprinting down the road beneath an overpass. The situation escalates as they investigate the unfolding drama.
