Episode Overview
Officer Derrick Pendergrass from the Chattanooga, TN Police Department responds to an emergency call about a woman who has collapsed on the sidewalk, bleeding. Upon arrival, he discovers that the woman is heavily intoxicated and has no recollection of the events leading to her state. When she becomes agitated and tries to bite him, the situation escalates. Meanwhile, in Martin County, FL, Deputy Heather Savage encounters a woman walking along a notorious highway known for drug and prostitution activity. The woman, who admits to a history of prostitution arrests, insists she is merely heading to cash her welfare check. However, a search reveals crack cocaine, and she eventually discloses the presence of a crack pipe hidden in her underwear.
