Episode Overview

In Palm Springs, Officer William Hutchinson initiates a thrilling pursuit that comes to a sudden halt when the fleeing driver crashes into a fence. As the chase ends, the unclothed driver leaps from the wreckage and flees on foot, leaving a distraught female passenger in a state of distress, her clothes in tatters. The driver is swiftly captured and returned to the scene for questioning. Additionally, Officer Hutchinson investigates a suspicious vehicle parked near an apartment complex. As he nears the car, he notices two men inside, and when the driver opens the door, a thick cloud of marijuana smoke escapes, prompting Hutchinson to escort the men out of the vehicle.
