Corporal Jim Muzatko from the Spokane, WA, Police Department finds himself in a thrilling high-speed chase after a stolen truck. As the frantic driver veers onto an isolated dirt road, Muzatko skillfully performs the "pit maneuver" to bring the pursuit to an end. Meanwhile, in Palm Springs, CA, Officer William Hutchinson patrols a district notorious for prostitution and drug-related crimes. He comes across a parked vehicle where he questions three men, two of whom are clad in full drag attire.
