Episode Overview

During a standard traffic stop, a Palm Beach County Sheriff Deputy encounters a nervous driver. When asked to take off his shoes, the suspect bolts on foot, discarding bags of crack cocaine as he flees. Meanwhile, a Portland Police Officer pulls over a car lacking a license plate. The overly talkative driver claims he doesn’t own the vehicle and doesn’t know the owner’s name. A quick check uncovers that the car is reported stolen. Finally, another Palm Beach County Sheriff Deputy stops a vehicle after witnessing someone rolling a marijuana cigarette, leading to the discovery of needles and a bottle of OxyContin, which the driver denies knowing about.
