Episode Overview

A man living on the streets seeks to challenge the police when he feels cornered. Meanwhile, a group of kind-hearted neighbors catches a thief in the act as he attempts to break into a car parked nearby. In another part of town, officers are called to mediate a heated argument between a newly married couple as they navigate their early days together.
