Episode Overview

A terrified teenage offender goes to great lengths to avoid incarceration; meanwhile, a heavily inebriated mother endangers her kids by recklessly driving a severely damaged truck following several accidents. At the same time, law enforcement uncovers a crack pipe in the vehicle of a man believed to be involved in drug activity, raising further suspicions about his lifestyle choices.
