(7:20 PM Runaway Child) Officer Randy Sutton from the Metropolitan Police Department responds to a report about Jessie, an eight-year-old boy who has been missing for an hour following a domestic dispute. Arriving at address #2645 with clipboard in hand, Sutton speaks to the boy's mother, who reveals that Jessie had been fighting with other kids. After their conversation, she sent him to his room, possibly without dinner. She expresses concern, indicating he may not have gone far.
