Meanwhile, in West Covina, California, officers execute a high-risk stop on a Chevy Colorado after a detective in an unmarked vehicle observes its reckless driving. In Las Vegas, the Metropolitan Police try to approach a man behaving strangely while walking down the bustling Las Vegas Strip.
