Episode Overview

A teenager sipping a beer approaches a deputy. Meanwhile, a jet skier recklessly speeds through a no wake zone. In another scene, deputies carefully untangle a bird caught in debris. A young boy tosses aside his can of beer and confidently informs the officers that his mother will cover any fines issued to him.
